Swatches : Jeffree Star Summer Chrome Collection

Haven't tried the Jeffree Star Cosmetics before, I think it's good to start off with their well known liquid lipstick from the new Summer Chrome Collection. Being obsessed with having the whole collection of lipsticks, I have ordered the You.Better.Work liquid lipstick collection which retails for USD105. The shipping costs USD10.95 for international.

Here comes the swatches.

Bare Lips

Hunty

A wearable browny-nude colour with a hint of orange that looks good on my skin tone.

Butt Naked

This is the most pale colour in the collection. A bit chalky and dry-looking. Concealer-liked with a bit of pink.

Family Jewels

This is my favourite colour in the collection which I don't think it is at the beginning. A reddish brown colour. People might think it's a great autumn/winter colour but I don't think we should limit ourselves like that. I will wear this all year round.

Calabasas

It's a rosy colour that would bright up the face. Suitable for everyday look.

Flamboyant

One of the two shimmering colour in the collection. Subtle shimmer with sheen.

Candyass

This is a more sheer colour in the collection. You may need two coats to get the colour pays off. Light pink with lots of golden shimmer.

You.Better.Work

It takes some effort to make the colour apply evenly. Bright purple. The colour stains although it only stays on my lips for about 5 minutes.

Venus Flytrap

This definitely the most wowing colour in the collection. Though, it's the most patchy colour. Apply unevenly and drying as well. Also, the colour is not so wearable.
